Dick is a Home Ownership Counselor/Coach at HOMEteam. He helps prospective homeowners with education and guidance to successfully acquire their first home. Dick came to HOMEteam after four years as a mortgage lender and financial services representative at a local bank.

Dick has also worked in fundraising for two non-profits, business-to-business sales of advertising, events, and signage, and real estate appraising. He also served on a non-profit board, his church’s pastoral council, and his town’s planning board. He also holds a Masters degree in International Community Economic Development from Southern NH University. Dick leverages his diverse experience to benefit HOMEteam’s clients.

Evelyn is a Home Ownership Counselor/Coach at HOMEteam. She helps prospective homeowners with education and one-on-one coaching to successfully acquire their first home. Evelyn has several years of experience in loan servicing and customer service at local banks.

Evelyn has also worked as a health care patient coordinator. She is a volunteer at various non-profit organizations. Evelyn brings her community involvement experience in New Hampshire, customer service skills, and banking knowledge to benefit HOMEteam’s clients.

Tanya Hannigan is the Administrative Assistant for HOMEteam. She provides support to Home Ownership management and handles scheduling and technical support for both clients and the HOMEteam staff.

Marcia is a Homeownership Counselor/Coach at HOMEteam. She provides prospective homebuyers with education and one-on-one coaching to successfully achieve home ownership. She also provides financial coaching to tenants of NeighborWorks Southern New Hampshire’s properties who want to develop greater financial stability and knowledge in their lives.

Marcia has worked for non-profit organizations, as well as credit unions, real estate and public service organizations, and she brings a wealth of knowledge from all of these experiences, helping individuals and families reach their financial goals. She achieved Accredited Financial Counselor certification in 2017, HUD certification in 2020, and believes in lifelong learning. Through studying adult education styles, personal and leadership development and coaching, Marcia has developed a dynamic and focused approach to helping people achieve their homeownership and financial goals.
